• Do you build Shopify, Wix, or Squarespace websites?

  Locus does not offer end-to-end development on platforms like Shopify, Wix, Squarespace, or Wordpress. However, custom UI/UX and brand design for any of these platforms are provided, meaning you get fully tailored designs ready for handoff to your developer or integration partner. If you need both design and build, my development services are available exclusively for sites built using Framer.

• How quickly do projects start and finish?

  Once we finalize your plan and requirements, the projects start within 48 hours. For this service, you can expect to receive the final deliverable i.e. the Source Figma File within 5 days of inception.

• How can I communicate and share feedback?

  You always communicate directly with Suraj (Designer + Developer), no account managers or handoffs. Slack, Loom, email or your preferred tools keep feedback clear, async, and actionable so there are no bottlenecks or delays.

• Will I own all the final deliverables and source files?

  Yes, you retain full ownership of all delivered work. You receive the actual design/source files (Figma, branding assets, presentations) and the rights to use, modify, and extend them as you wish.

• What support do I get after delivery?

  Every project wraps with a personalized walkthrough video and a 72-hour support window for any last questions, small fixes, or transition help you need. I make sure you are set for launch and follow-through.
