What's included

User Research
User research is a process of gathering information about people who will use a product or service in order to understand their needs and preferences. As a UX/UI designer, I start by doing a competitive audit, where I look at similar products or services in the market and analyze their strengths and weaknesses. This helps me understand what works well and what can be improved. Delivery format: Notes on Figma with the option to discuss findings through a video call.
Information Architecture
Information architecture is the process of organizing and structuring the content and functionality of a website or application in a way that is easy to understand and use for the target audience. As a UX/UI designer, I create an information architecture that outlines the site's hierarchy, navigation, and content organization, based on user needs and business goals. Next, I create a site map that outlines the structure of the site, including the main sections, sub-sections, and pages. I also consider the navigation design, which is the system used to move between pages on the site. Delivery Format: A detailed design that outlines the site's information architecture, including the main sections, sub-sections, and page layouts. This will be included in the main project file in Figma or delivered in PDF or PNG format.
Visual Design
Visual design is the process of creating the look and feel of a website or application. As a UX/UI designer, I use visual design to create a visual identity that represents the brand and engages the target audience. To do this, I consider factors such as color, typography, images, and layout. I select a color palette that reflects the brand identity and appeals to the target audience. I also choose typography that is easy to read and consistent throughout the site. Images are also an important part of visual design, and I select images that are relevant to the content and appeal to the target audience. I also use layout and design elements such as spacing, alignment, and contrast to create visual hierarchy and guide the user's attention. Overall, visual design plays a crucial role in creating a positive user experience. By creating a visually appealing and consistent design, users are more likely to engage with the site, stay longer, and return in the future. Delivery Format: A set of high-fidelity mockups that showcase the visual design of the site or application. These can be provided in a format such as Figma, PNG, or PDF.
