For whom is this service? / What’s your typical client?
I work with early- and growth-stage startup founders who already have a product (or MVP) and want to improve their user experience, increase engagement, or clarify their product direction. It’s also ideal for teams preparing for redesigns, feature launches, or investor demos who want UX guidance before committing resources.
How do you manage communication?
I adapt to your preferred tools, Slack, email, Notion, or any project management platform you already use. I provide regular updates, share progress in real time, and keep the process transparent so you always know where things stand.
Do you review our current product design files?
Yes. I’ll review your Figma files, prototypes, or live product to identify usability issues, inconsistencies, and missed opportunities. You’ll get specific, annotated feedback and concrete next steps for your design or dev team.
Can you collaborate with our design or product team?
Yes. I can review your team’s work, guide specific UX challenges, and help establish principles that improve future iterations. My goal is to empower your team, not replace it.
Can you work in our time zone?
I usually work in Eastern Time (EST) and can easily adjust to Pacific Time (PST) or other US time zones. I’ve worked with fully remote teams across multiple time zones without any issue.

UX Audit (Optional)
A detailed analysis of your product’s usability, structure, and user flows. You’ll receive: - A Figma or PDF document with annotated screens and recommendations. - A summary of UX issues categorized by impact and priority.
Product Roadmap Advisory (Optional)
I’ll review your product features, usage data (if available), and business goals to define clear next steps. You’ll receive: - A proposed roadmap for new features and iterations, organized by impact, effort, and priority. - A strategic breakdown of what to build next to increase product–market fit or retention.
UX Strategy Session (Optional)
A collaborative strategy call (or async feedback document) focused on improving the overall user experience and aligning it with your goals. We’ll discuss: - How to simplify your onboarding and navigation. - How to improve retention, engagement, and activation flows. - How to align UX decisions with user psychology and business metrics.
Follow-up & Implementation Support (Optional)
Post-advisory support to review updates or new iterations your team implements, ensuring the improvements are applied correctly and consistently.
