What is your response time?
You can expect to receive a response within 1-2 business days.
How involved am I in the design process?
You are guiding the decisions in a very hands on and collaborative way during phases 1 and 2. From then on, I will use what we discussed to bring your vision to life and refer back to you for revisions.
What if I don’t like the results?
This won't be likely since we'll spend so much time making sure your brand will look how you envision it. However, two overhaul revisions are included in your package. If you still need changes, you may request two additional revisions to be billed at $35/hr. *Revision requests may affect the completion date.

What's included
Logo Suite
Your logo must be flexible across touchpoints. For example, the logo you use for your website’s favicon must be smaller than the logo you use for your marketing materials. I'll work with you to create a logo suite that ensures you can use your logos anywhere you need them.
Style Guide
Nothing is worse than getting a beautiful new branding identity that confuses you. That's why I'll give you a guide on when and how to correctly use your logos. The best part? This guide can be shared with any collaborators to ensure everyone involved in keeping your organization afloat is on the same page.
Creative Direction
Feel relieved by knowing exactly how you want your brands visuals to look. Your creative directions will determine our direction for all of your visual communication. From color use to imagery styles, your creative direction will guide brand assets in the future like patterns or illustrations, typography, and more.
Typography
The last thing you want to do is have messaging that confuses your audience because you used a font that has a silly feel for a serious press release. The fonts used on your website and marketing materials can say a lot about your brand, which is why I'll work with you to make ensure it's always saying the right thing.
Color Scheme
Feel at ease knowing that your colors match your organization's goals, culture, and personality. We'll work together to keep those colors aligned with who you are as a brand.
Pattern
Are your marketing materials and documents a little bit bland? What about a little too busy? We'll make sure that you find the perfect balance with a custom pattern for your brand.
