Affectionately called the "Pollymath" of our team, Polly worked on a web app that with me which had many moving parts and tricky designs. Polly handled everything with great discipline and dedication. She uses her time well and can work well with teammates without needing much supervision. She's very organized, and she cares a lot about the success of the app, even after she finished working on it. It was a fun season working with her :)
