One page landing or a multi page site with a CMS, designed and built by one person. You get a live site on your domain that your team can edit, not a Figma file and a search for someone to implement it. Who this is for Launching and the site is the last thing between you and paid traffic. Site built by three people over two years, every page looks like a different company. Agency with more work than build capacity, needs a white label designer. What I do Structure. Sitemap, section order, what each block says and how long it can be. Signed off before any visual work. Design. Desktop, tablet and mobile in Figma, on variables, so type and colour hold across every page. Build. Framer or Webflow, CMS wired for the parts you update yourself. WordPress if your company already runs on it. Motion. Section reveals, hover states, a hero animation when the page earns one. GSAP where the builder stops. Launch prep. Titles, meta, OG images, sitemap, redirects from old URLs, analytics connected, forms tested against a real inbox. Handover. A 30 minute recorded CMS walkthrough, then two weeks of fixes on me. How it runs Kickoff call, 45 minutes. Goals, audience, references, what has to be on the page. Structure and copy scaffold by day three, for approval. Design. Home page first, inner pages in one pass. Two rounds of revisions. Build, QA on real devices, launch on your domain. Same four steps at any size. A landing skips step three's second pass, a twenty page site repeats it. What I need from you One person who can approve. Two works. Five moves every date. Logo, fonts, colours. If they do not exist, say so at kickoff, it changes the estimate. Copy, or the raw material for it, by day three. Nothing delays a launch more. Access to the domain registrar, the current site and analytics. Price and timeline One page: from $1,200, about a week. Multi page with CMS: from $2,500, two to three weeks. Larger builds, twenty plus pages, several languages, custom integrations: quoted after the kickoff call. Fixed price for a fixed scope, written down before I start. Half up front, half at launch. Scope changes get quoted, never absorbed quietly and paid for with the deadline. I work from Kyiv, across European and US hours.
