You have the design. I build it in Framer, matching what's drawn, and make it hold up on every screen, you want framer seamless CMS integration and high SEO performance.
I build with styles and named components rather than pasted values, which is a site you can update yourself.

What's included How it runs

A call or an email, whichever suits you. I open your file before quoting anything and tell you what translates directly and what doesn't.
A proposal, in writing. Deliverables, scope of work, timeline and price. Nothing starts until you approve it.
The build.
One review round, then publish. About a week from an approved proposal.
Responsive across every breakpoint Desktop, tablet and phone laid out separately, not scaled down. Tested at different breakpoint, with a max width so it doesn't stretch on large screens.
Motion Section entrances, hover states, page transitions and scroll behaviour. If your file has motion specified I build to it. If it doesn't, I add motion that suits the design and show you before it ships. Nothing bouncing for the sake of it.
CMS setup If the design includes a blog, case studies, products or anything repeating, I build it as a CMS collection so you can add entries without touching layout.
Technical SEO Meta titles and descriptions, OG image, alt text on every image, one H1 per page, clean heading order, sitemap.
Performance Images compressed and correctly sized, heavy sections lazy loaded, unused assets stripped. Framer sites are fast by default and stay that way if built carefully.
Handover you can actually work with Named components and text styles instead of Frame 47 and hardcoded sizes, plus written notes on where the styles live and how to change them. You get the Framer project and full access.
Launch and 30 days of support
Domain, publish, browser check, then a month free for bugs, small changes, analytics or anything you want explained. After that the fixing stops but the answering doesn't. I'm not going to invoice you for answering a question.
