  - Initial Consultation: Initial 30 min consultation to see how I can help you set a solid foundation for your business. - Discovery: A longer session, the Discovery is a 2 hour-long conversation where we dive into your business ideas. We talk about values, business structure, competition, ideal clients, and placement strategies to get a solid foundation in place. - Market Research: While we both digest the Discovery session, I focus on doing market research to complement the information we put together thus far. This should give us a few extra pointers on how to place your business in your market with a competitive edge. - Strategy Session: Armed with our Discovery and Market Research, this session is another longer session to polish some of the ideas from the Discovery, discuss the market research and look at strategies to put your business in your market. - Brand Strategy Guidelines: After the Discovery and Strategy Sessions, I’ll put together your Business Brand Book. This book will contain the Market Research, as well as your Values, Business Concepts and Descriptions, Target Audience and many other foundational bits and pieces for your brand. - Off-boarding: In this session, I’ll walk you through the Brand Book and how to make the most of it. I’ll also give you some tips and tools on how to move forward with your visibility in terms of design, website and social media presence.
