You can ask for as many as you like - however, if more panels are asked for, fees are applied.

Depending on the client, 3-10 storyboard panels from a written script that I can develop to make into visual panels.
Character Design
Clear understanding of the characters for the artistic vision. Written character descriptions that include physical and non-physical attributes. References such as Pinterest boards are extremely helpful for delivering quality work.
