We agree the target schema, encoding, keys, duplicate rules, dates and missing-value handling before work. You receive output files, preserved inputs, change/rule notes and unresolved records.

Checks: outputs parse successfully, match the agreed schema/example and reconcile every input record as retained, removed or unresolved. Leading zeros and blank-versus-zero distinctions are preserved as agreed. Ambiguous values remain flagged. Native spreadsheet import is tested only if expressly included and technically verified.

This package delivers output files. Installed software, ongoing automation, scraping, API integration and production-account changes require a separate feasibility check.

Target delivery: 2 days after written scope acceptance and receipt of complete inputs; the quote sets an exact deadline. One correction within agreed scope is included if requested within 7 calendar days. New rules, content or formats need a separate quote.
