What's included

• Discovery Call To Understand Needs

  We will get on a zoom call first to align on requirements before any payment is made. Together we'll hash out where you're finding issues and discuss possible solutions.

• Scope of Project Doc

  I'll then design a scope of project doc to make sure that we are fully aligned on the project. This will include a description of the full deliverables of the project.

• Direct Work Inside Your Salesforce Production or Sandbox Environment

  After we are fully aligned, I will require access to your production or sandbox environment in Salesforce. I will build out the project as per the specs outlined in the Scope of Project document.

• Testing and Rollout Materials

  I will provide testing docs & rollout materials so that you can be sure that everything is working exactly as planned, and your users are fully trained and ready to use this new system
