• Can I cancel or pause the project once it’s started?

  If you need to cancel or pause the project, please notify me as soon as possible. Depending on the stage of the project, we may be able to provide a partial refund or reschedule the work. Keep in mind that cancellations after video production has begun may incur a cancellation fee.

• Can you create videos that align with a specific campaign or product launch?

  Absolutely! If you have a specific campaign, product launch, or event, I can tailor the videos to fit those themes and ensure they align with your marketing goals

• What happens if I need changes after the videos are delivered?

  You’ll have up to three rounds of revisions included in the package. After that, additional changes can be made for a small fee, depending on the extent of the revisions.
