Ans: In order for any design work to begin, a 50% non-refundable retainer fee is required. Deposit should be received within 24 hours of invoice being sent or the project may be cancelled.
Ans: Standard turnaround time to receive the first design sample is 2-3 business days. Turnaround time is based on project load. You will be notified before the project is started if turnaround time will be longer. Standard turnaround time is subject to change.
During the design process, sample work will be provided to get to a final design. Sample work should not try to be used outside of the design phase for personal use. All sample/draft work is property of KONs Graphic Designs. They are sent vie google drive link.
I understand the importance of getting your vision design how you see it, but to help move the project queue along there is a limit of (5) revisions after the first draft is given. There will be a fee per revision after the limit has been reached. There will be a revision fee after final files have been sent.
During the final design phase, you will be asked to provide approval via email.
By providing approval you agree that the final samples/drafts sent to you meet your vision, information is correct, and spelling is correct.
Once approval is given there will be no changes made to your design. Any additional changes will result in revision fee charge.
