Initial discussions with client about project brief and commission

commencement of preliminary project drawings after 50% down payment is made

scheduled review of preliminary drawings with client for correction(s), if necessary

Submission of final project drawings after 50% balance payment is made

What's included

Final Building Design Drawings
3D renders of the the general project with multiple scenes, detailed floor plans, elevations, sections, and architectural details, presented at a scale of 1:100 or as required. The drawings will also include specifications for materials, finishes, and fixtures.
