Print-Ready File (High-Resolution PDF): One PDF file formatted specifically for commercial printing (usually PDF/X-1a or PDF/X-4). Includes correct CMYK color profile, bleeds, and trim marks. Deliverable Name Example: Brochure_Final_Print_HQ.pdf
Design Assets & Components
These are the individual elements used in the design. Finalized Graphics & Illustrations: All unique graphics, icons, or illustrations created for the brochure (e.g., as high-resolution PNG or SVG files). Photography/Image Library: A folder containing all high-resolution images used, properly licensed or royalty-free. Branding & Style Guide Snippets (Optional but recommended): A brief document detailing the color palette (CMYK, RGB, Hex codes), typography (font names and usage), and logo placement rules used in the brochure.
