About this service

Summary

I’ll analyze your website, app, or digital product and provide a focused UX Audit that reveals what’s working, what’s not, and how to fix it. This is perfect if you want expert insight before committing to a redesign or feature build.
This audit often sparks deeper design work — and if you hire me to make those improvements, your audit fee is applied toward the project.

Process

1. Kickoff & Access
You’ll share your website, app, or prototype (plus any key goals or problem areas you want me to focus on).
2. Review & Heuristic Analysis
I’ll go through up to 5 pages or flows, evaluating usability, clarity, and consistency using UX best practices.
3. Annotated Audit Creation
I’ll compile findings into an annotated PDF or Miro board — with screenshots and callouts that show exactly what needs attention.
4. Prioritized Recommendations
I’ll create a simple, ranked list of improvements — quick fixes you can do right away and bigger opportunities for the next phase.
5. Delivery & Optional Call
You’ll receive the full audit report, recommendation list, and summary. If you’d like, we’ll do a 15‑minute call to go over key takeaways and discuss next steps.

FAQs

  • What kinds of products can you audit?

Websites, mobile apps, web apps, prototypes — anything with a user flow I can evaluate.

  • How many screens or pages do you review?

Up to 5 key screens or flows (desktop and/or mobile). If you need more, we can discuss expanding the scope.

  • Will you redesign anything as part of the audit?

No — this service is focused on identifying issues and outlining solutions. If you’d like redesign work, we can scope that as a follow‑up project.

  • How long does it take?

You’ll receive your audit report within 3–5 business days after I get your links and any needed materials.

  • What if I want you to fix the issues you find?

Perfect - if you hire me for the follow‑up work, the cost of the audit is credited toward that project.
