AI or immersive platform decisions, including build-versus-buy tradeoffs.

Written decision notes, delivery risks, and priorities for your implementation team.

Asynchronous review and guidance within the agreed monthly allocation.

We agree one primary product workstream and the month’s priorities in advance. The engagement is designed for a team that already has people implementing the work. Hands-on product builds, a staffed delivery team, recruiting execution, incident response, and on-call coverage are separate engagements.
