Discuss the press release type and details of the announcement
Set up a meeting (as needed) to go over goals for the press release, tone of voice, key details you'd like highlighted, call to action, etc.
Share any prior marketing/messaging materials and/or bios for guidance
Phase two:
I will draft the initial release within two days of receiving the information/details required
Once you receive the initial draft for review, you'll have an additional day to provide your feedback (note: you will have one opportunity for revisions so please be detailed in your feedback and review)
Once revisions are received, I will finalize the release and share the final copy
Important to Note:
You will only be charged for the two days required to draft the initial release. No additional charges should any revisions be needed (please allot one additional day for revisions as needed)
While I will draft your press release, I will not distribute the release. I am happy to provide counsel on what options I'd recommend given my experience with distributing releases at no additional cost
