• What tools do you use to build automations?

  I primarily work with Boomi and n8n (an open-source automation platform). I can also integrate with tools like Notion, Google Sheets, Airtable, Telegram, databases, service busses, and custom APIs as needed. If you’re using something else, just ask!

• What kinds of data can you automate?

  Just about anything! Common data types include JSON, CSV, form submissions, webhooks, emails, and app data. I can help map, transform, and clean the data along the way to fit your destination system.

• How complex can my automation be?

  Very complex! I can handle branching logic, error handling, scheduling, filters, conditionals, and multiple sources and targets. I’ll break it down into digestible pieces so you never feel lost.

• Do I need to give you access to my accounts?

  Only if needed and always securely. I prefer working with test credentials or limited-access accounts when possible. You’re also welcome to invite me to your existing workspace with restricted permissions.

• What happens if the automation breaks later?

  I include 72 hours of post-launch support to address any issues that pop up. Ongoing support or maintenance is available as an add-on if you’d like me to keep things running smoothly for an extended period of time.
