Onboarding: The first contact is crucial, as it lays the foundations for the relationship. During the introductory call, you will meet Eleonora, our Founder, and discuss your ideas and expectations with her.

Research: We begin with an immersive exploration of your brand’s personality, purpose, and aspirations. This step transforms your vision into a strategic framework designed to capture attention and create a deep connection with your audience.
What's to unfold: 1:1 call for the branding questionnaire, brand strategy, positioning, market and competitor analysis, etc.
Design: Here, creativity meets intention. We craft visually arresting, emotionally compelling designs that elevate your brand and set it apart. Every detail is designed to make your business unforgettable in both digital and physical spaces.
What's to unfold: brand identity and logotype, art direction, icons, patterns, colour palette, etc.
Experience: From websites to cohesive social media and beyond, this stage is where your brand thrives. We ensure every touchpoint feels intentional, immersive, and unmistakably you, creating a presence that inspires loyalty and turns audiences into advocates.
What's to unfold: social media template, print design, stationery, etc.
Launch & Beyond: We help you launch your brand and continue to support you even after the project is complete. A brand's needs can change, so we remain available for additional design and consulting services.

FAQs

  • How long does a project take?

    A lot depends on the project complexity. Approximately 2-3 weeks for branding, 3-4 weeks for web design. Any extras can lengthen the duration of the project. Some processes can be made in parallel, others cannot. However, consider approximately 1.5-2 months for a package of brand design + website from the kickoff of the project.

  • I am not sure what I need for my business

    In the alignment call, one part is dedicated to identifying everything your business needs. Don't hesitate to ask questions about this and get help in understanding what can support your project right away.

  • Availability and Schedule

    We generally schedule project start dates a few weeks ahead of time. This allows us to conduct preliminary research and ensures that we can devote our full attention to your project. Availability tends to vary throughout the year, with our busiest periods usually occurring in September-October, December-January, and April-May. Keep in mind, if you aim to launch your business in January, it's advisable to begin working on the project in early autumn.

  • What files will I receive?

    Typically, the files you will receive include the following formats: vector (SVG), png, jpg and pdf. Please note that some designs may only come with a selection of the formats mentioned above. While original source files are not included in the packages, they can be provided upon request.
