• Initial Call

  Our initial call will help us establish goals, objectives, and alignment.

• Context gathering

  To better design your project, I will need to know your problem space, users, and constraints as the project progresses. This is especially important for complex domains where context and scopes are crucial for the success of the project.

• Communication

  I don't work alone, which means I will need to communicate with you to make sure we are on the same page, and have the same understanding of how the project will move forward.

• General design artifacts

  As the project wraps up, you will also get the standard design artifacts, such as user flow, UI mockups and design annotation.

• Retro (Optional)

  Depending on your availability and preference, I am more than happy to run a retrospective with you to understand what went well, and what needs improvements after the project has wrapped up.
