I provide editing and proofreading services as agreed upon in writing prior to the start of each project.

Proofreading includes correcting grammar, spelling, punctuation, and basic formatting. Editing may include improvements to clarity, tone, structure, and flow. Rewriting or content creation is not included unless explicitly agreed upon in advance.

Turnaround times vary based on document length and complexity and will be confirmed before the project begins. Delays caused by late materials or client responses may extend deadlines.

Three (3) rounds of revisions are included. These cover:

Formatting corrections

Grammar, punctuation, and line-level edits

Final polish and minor adjustments

$50/hour for all editing and proofreading services

$150 (3 hours of work) is required to begin all projects

Any work outside the agreed scope may incur additional charges:

Additional hours or revisions: $35/hour

Client correspondence beyond standard scope: $0.01/word
