FREE Consultation Call - we will schedule an hour long video call (video optional) to discuss your business, challenges, goals and everything in between. I will provide my recommendations based on your needs and we will kick off the work.

Mailchimp Account Set Up - we will decide which Mailchimp plan is best for you and I will create your Mailchimp account for you. I will keep open communication with you and we will have a review session to ensure you are aligned with the account set up.

Contact Import - once your account is created we will need to import your contacts and build out your audience! I will do this based on Mailchimp best practices for managing audiences.

Audience Segmentation/Optimization - having an audience is just the beginning. Now it's time to optimize your audience by segmenting them. I will add tags and segments to your audience based on the goals outlined in our consultation call. This will help you target your audience and maximize your ROI!

Review Session - once I have everything set up, we will have another 30 min call where I will walk you through everything I did. This is your time to provide feedback, ask questions and suggest changes as you see fit.

Training Toolkit - after we review your Mailchimp account together, I will follow up with a complete Mailchimp Toolkit for you and your team to lean on.

As a member of the Mailchimp & Co. platform, I have access to several Mailchimp articles, tools and customer support...and so will you!

In my Training Toolkit I will provide documentation and videos to walk you through EVERYTHING I did to set your account up.

I will also provide documentation to show you how to get the most out of the Mailchimp resources (i.e. - how to navigate to them, how to contact support, etc.)
