I am an experienced technical lead with a strong background in solutions architecture. I have key experience working with Fortune 500 companies and small firms alike in helping them to get the most out of their development teams.
Process
The start of the process will begin by a set of interviews with your team where I will gather requirements and get a scope of the capabilities of your business.
I will then take this away and produce a report of recommendations with an outline of a plan for the rest of the engagement. I will then review this with all stakeholders.
Finally, this will then be used to produce a solutions architecture document. I will then be available to help implement this solution.
