Discovery Call (45 min)
We'll start by understanding your goals, audience, and presentation context (eg: whether the deck will be sent directly, presented in person, or included in an email.) I'll confirm your platform preferences (Figma, Google Slides, Keynote, etc.) to ensure the final file works perfectly for your team. Together, we'll establish the design direction, from tone to typography, before beginning production.
Narrative Structure & Copywriting
I create compelling storylines that build investor trust while showcasing your key strengths. Your deck will be structured around clarity, momentum, and control. When needed, I can develop two versions: a comprehensive deck and a concise version for quick introductions.
Slide Design (Up to 15 slides)
Each slide is crafted to enhance your narrative and align with your brand identity. I'll share 2–3 initial designs early in the process so we can adjust fonts, layout, colors, and overall feel before completing the full deck.
I ensure seamless transitions by creating visual connections between slides, maintaining consistent design language while introducing subtle variations that make each slide pop, capturing attention without disrupting the presentation flow.
Data Storytelling & Visual Enhancements
I create clean, minimal visualisations—charts, metrics, icons, and graphics—that clarify your data without overwhelming it. Where appropriate, I incorporate subtle animations to guide attention and improve clarity, especially for live or video presentations.
Revisions (2 rounds)
You'll receive two complete rounds of revisions to refine design, structure, and copy based on internal feedback or investor input.
Optional: Presentation Delivery Review
For live pitches, we'll review the full deck together. I'll provide feedback on pacing, transitions, and key message delivery—ensuring your presentation matches the quality of the design.
