Process

Initial Consultation and Deposit:

Upon hiring, we commence with an initial 15% upfront deposit. This secures your slot and indicates the start of our collaboration.

An online Google Meet session is scheduled where all necessary information and project requirements are thoroughly discussed and reviewed.

Development Phase:

With all the information gathered, I embark on the design and development phase, aiming to present a viable product within 7-10 days. This phase involves translating your vision into a preliminary design, utilizing my expertise in UX/UI and web development.

First Revision and Second Payment:

Upon presenting the initial version of the website, we'll have a revision session to discuss any adjustments or further customization you need.

Following this revision, the next 35% of the payment is required to proceed with the implementation of these changes and to continue the development process.

Final Adjustments and Delivery:

I then make all the final changes or requests from your side. This phase is crucial for polishing the website and ensuring it aligns perfectly with your expectations.

Alongside the finalization of the website, I prepare deliverables such as instructional videos on how to use and manage your site, ensuring you have all the knowledge needed to maintain your online presence effectively.

Final Presentation and Payment:

Once the website is complete and you are satisfied with the outcome, I present the final working site for your approval.

At this stage, the final 50% payment is requested, marking the culmination of the project.

Post-Delivery Support:

Even after the website is launched, I remain available for any questions or further assistance you might need, ensuring a smooth transition for you and a successful start for your website.
