FAQs

  • Why do I need a brand or packaging guideline?

Because it’s what makes your design usable in the real world. The guideline includes rules about logo usage, color palette, typography, and visual tone. It ensures consistency across your website, social media, product packaging, and more — so your brand always looks intentional and trustworthy, even when you’re not there to explain it.

  • How long does the full process take?

It usually takes 2 to 4 weeks, depending on the complexity of the project and how quickly feedback is provided. If your project needs more time, I’ll let you know during our first call — clarity from the start.

  • What if I need more revisions?

The process includes up to 3 rounds of revisions. This helps us stay focused and move forward efficiently. If you need additional revisions beyond that, I’ll let you know the extra cost upfront — no surprises.

  • What’s included in the design concepts?

You’ll receive three initial directions based on the creative brief. Each one will include moodboards, mockups, typography and color proposals, and a quick explanation of the thinking behind it. You choose the direction you like most, and we refine it together.

  • What’s the best way to communicate during the project?

Email is preferred — it keeps everything organized and documented. But if you have a platform you’d rather use, just let me know. What matters is clear, timely communication.

  • What if I’m not sure what I need yet?

That’s exactly what the first call is for. You don’t need to have it all figured out — I’ll ask the right questions, and by the end of our conversation, I’ll know what to propose. This call also helps build your brief, so we can get aligned before I even start designing.
