• What happens if I need revisions or changes during the design process?

  Revisions are a natural part of the design & development process and changes will be made accordingly. Remember, it’s your website, and our goal is to create something you absolutely love! In every design and development stage, you will have more revisions than you will need — 7. Need more than 7 revisions? No problem – we'll discuss additional options to ensure your complete satisfaction.

• How do we communicate during the design process?

  We’ll primarily use Slack or email, and we are always open to scheduling Zoom calls if a more detailed discussion is needed. If you prefer another platform like Instagram or a messaging app, we're flexible and happy to use whatever works best for you. Clear communication is key to our collaboration, so we'll always ensure we stay in touch through whichever app you’re most comfortable with.
