What’s your availability and working style?
I work primarily async and respond during business hours (Monday–Friday, EST). This keeps communication focused while still moving work forward consistently.
What if we need more support in a given month?
If more support is needed, we can discuss expanding scope or adding additional hours as a separate agreement.

- Set up or adjust simple automations - Reduce repetitive manual work where possible - Improve system visibility so work is easier to track and manage
Task, Priority & Team Coordination
- Help define and clarify tasks, priorities, and ownership - Support coordination across people and tools to keep work moving - Flag blockers and follow up on stalled work
Async Ops Support + Monthly Check-Ins
- Async support via Slack or email for questions, updates, and quick adjustments - Two monthly check-in calls to: - review priorities and current workload - unblock issues - decide next operational improvements
