For 5 images, they can usually be taken care of within 3 days of supplying the originals and a full brief. In rare instances when I'm working on multiple projects at the same time, it can take a bit longer, but I will let you know beforehand. If you need a rush job, don't hesitate to raise it first, and I'll see what I can do, and quote accordingly.

I offer 3 rounds of revisions, according to the original brief. That means that anything that was agreed in the original brief and needs revision will be taken care of within the contract. If you need something else added, or amended, that wasn't agreed for in the initial brief, let me know as soon as you can, and I'll revise the contract and quote accordingly

I can work with whatever you got, but colour and tone work will be of higher quality if raw files are supplied. The quality of the output greatly depends on the original file, but if you want to share the images with me so I can have a look and advise on what's best, feel free to contact me.

I generally don't, as they are useless for clients, but if you need them, let me know prior to the start of the project so I can quote for an add-on accordingly. The full files will be supplied after payment.

Generally not, although if the client requests it, I might do. Most clients I work with are particular about copyright laws and thus ask me to avoid using GenAI. Keep in mind that any substancial work done with GenAI cannot be copyrighted.

First, we'll discuss what needs to be done. Expect me to ask questions so I can get a full grasp of the work with minimal back and forth after the project is locked. I will supply a first image retouched before starting the others and share so you can offer a preliminary feedback on the work. When that feedback is locked, I will work on the rest of the images and suply low resolution jpeg files for you to check.
