FAQs
Yes. The landing page is designed and developed across desktop, tablet, and mobile breakpoints so the experience feels intentional on every device rather than simply shrinking to fit smaller screens. Responsive work is built into the package scope from the start, which means layout structure, spacing, typography, component behavior, and calls to action are all considered in relation to how real users will encounter the page. The goal is not just technical compatibility, but a landing page that remains clear, persuasive, and easy to use regardless of screen size.
Yes. This package includes copywriting support, which can take the form of either full copywriting or structuring and refining existing client input. You are not expected to arrive with finished copy. The messaging is developed through a structured discovery process that helps clarify audience pain points, positioning, value proposition, differentiation, tone of voice, and conversion goals before that thinking is translated into the landing page narrative.
You do not need to provide fully developed copy or a complete website brief before the project begins. At a minimum, it is helpful to have a basic understanding of your product, service, audience, and any existing brand assets such as a logo, colors, or reference materials. From there, the discovery process is designed to extract the information needed to shape the page strategically. If some inputs are incomplete, that is usually not a blocker as long as the offer itself is clear enough to define.
The standard timeline for this package is 2 weeks. That timeframe assumes the project moves through discovery, design, development, and review in a focused way with timely feedback. If responses or approvals are delayed, the delivery timeline may extend accordingly. If you need the landing page completed faster, an expedited delivery option can shorten the standard timeline by up to 1 week.
This package includes 2 revision rounds. A revision round is a single structured feedback cycle where you review the work and provide consolidated feedback, and those requested changes are then addressed together before moving forward. The revision process is designed for refinement and iteration, not for major changes in direction after key decisions have already been approved. If more feedback cycles are needed, additional revision rounds can be added.
Yes. The completed site is delivered through a Framer Remix Link, which allows the full project to be transferred directly into your own Framer workspace. This means the site ultimately lives in your environment rather than someone else’s account. Once transferred, you’re free to edit, expand, publish, or hand the project off to another collaborator whenever you need.
Yes. Because the site will live in your Framer workspace, you’ll need an active Framer plan to host and manage it after delivery. The right plan depends on the size and needs of the site, but in most cases this is straightforward and I’m happy to advise if needed. Keeping the site under your own subscription also ensures you retain full ownership and control.
Post-launch support includes a 7-day support window covering minor layout adjustments, small content updates, bug fixes, and light clarification around the Framer setup if anything needs attention after launch. This period is intended to address practical issues that appear in the live environment rather than reopening strategy, redesigning the site, or expanding the original scope. If additional work is needed beyond the support window, it can always be scoped separately.
Payments are handled securely through Contra’s platform. When a project begins, the agreed project fee is funded through the platform so work can start immediately. The platform then manages the release of funds as the project progresses and once the final site has been delivered. This structure ensures the project can move forward smoothly while providing clarity and protection for both sides.
