Leveraging my experience as a Lead Product Designer, I offer a deep-dive analysis that exposes the hidden design flaws hurting your retention. You will receive an objective 'Report Card' on your product's health and a 1-on-1 strategy call to turn those insights into a scalable design plan.

What's included

The "First Time User" Video Walkthrough
Format: 10–15 Minute Loom/Screen Recording (Video Link) I will record a raw, unscripted walkthrough of your product, simulating a new user’s first experience. I will narrate my thought process out loud as I attempt to complete your core tasks (e.g., "Sign Up," "Purchase," or "Onboard"). Why this matters: You and your team are too close to the product to see the friction. This video reveals the exact moments where users get frustrated, confused, or stuck, giving you an undeniable "user's eye view" of your churn problems.
The Heuristic Scorecard & Diagnosis
Format: PDF Report (3–5 Pages) I will grade your current UI against the 10 Usability Heuristics for User Interface Design (Jakob Nielsen’s standards). You will receive a "Report Card" grading your product on: Clarity: Is the value prop obvious? Navigation: Can users find what they need in less than 3 clicks? Consistency: Are your design patterns building or breaking trust? Accessibility: Are you blocking users with disabilities (and losing SEO)? Why this matters: This moves the conversation from "subjective opinions" to "objective standards," giving you a clear benchmark for improvement.
The "Triage" Action Plan (Prioritized Fixes)
Format: Notion Doc or PDF List I won't just tell you what's wrong; I'll tell you what to fix first. I will provide a prioritized list of issues categorized into three buckets: Critical (Do Now): Revenue-blocking bugs or confusion points that are killing conversions immediately. Major (Do Next): Friction points that slow users down but don't stop them completely. Minor (Polish): Visual cleanup items to improve brand perception. Why this matters: Your dev team has limited time. This list ensures they spend their energy on the changes that will actually impact your bottom line this week.
30-Minute Strategy & Handoff Call
Format: Zoom/Google Meet We will hop on a live call to review the findings together. I will walk you through the report, explain the "Critical" issues in depth, and answer any design questions you have. Why this matters: This isn't just a PDF dump. This is a consulting session where we translate the "Audit" into a "Roadmap." We will discuss how to implement these fixes without disrupting your current product roadmap.
FAQs
No. I perform the audit on the front end, exactly as a real user experiences it. I only need a link to your live site or a test account credentials if it is behind a login.
Both. I specialize in complex SaaS dashboards and mobile app flows. If you have a specific platform preference, let me know in the project brief.
This audit is for strategy and analysis only. However, after our review call, I can provide a separate custom proposal to design the solutions for you as a follow-up project.
Standard reviews often focus on "making it pretty." My audit focuses on "making it work." I grade your product against standard usability heuristics (Nielsen's 10) to ensure the feedback is objective and directly tied to user retention.
