You have an idea for an app people open every day: a tracker, a journal, a habit or a quit app. You want it in real people's hands before you spend months and a big budget on it.
How it goes:
Days 1 and 2: a clickable prototype of the main screens on a link you open on your phone. You try the flow, tell me what feels wrong, and decide. It costs $300, and if you go ahead, that $300 is part of the full price.
Days 3 to 10: the working app, built once in Expo and React Native. People can open it as a web app and add it to their home screen, and the same code gives iOS and Android builds through Expo's build service on your Expo account. Data stays on the phone by default. If you need accounts and sync between devices, we settle that after the prototype.
Before handover I test the logic (dates and streaks across time zones), light and dark themes, small phones and page speed. You get the code in your GitHub with notes on how to run and rebuild it.
$1,500 fixed for the MVP, paid in milestones through Contra. After launch, $90 a month covers library and OS updates, bug fixes and up to two hours of small changes.
Two apps I built this way, live and free to try (each page has a 40-second video): Baby Log logs feeds, nappies and sleep in two taps at night: https://flowlab-dev.github.io/work/baby-log/ Clear counts days without nicotine and money not spent, with a minute of guided breathing when a craving hits: https://flowlab-dev.github.io/work/clear/ Both run as web apps, and I haven't published them to the App Store or Google Play. Your app goes out on your own developer accounts (Apple charges USD 99 a year, Google USD 25 once). I prepare the builds and store screenshots and walk you through the submission.
I build with Claude Code and test every change before it ships.
