I have my own personal server that I use for testing but I do not host sites. I provide options for you to use to get your site running online with third party providers or the cloud.
Content management systems (CMS) allow you to use a premade template to build a website through drop and drag methods. I have access to tools for Wix, WordPress, etc., for a more in-depth coding experience, but many of these tools are limited and certain parts, especially APIs, may become difficult to implement or create. You may also find it difficult or impossible to offload your site from them but the decision is up to your needs.
