  1. Scope of Work The scope of work will be outlined in the project proposal. Any additional requests or changes beyond the agreed-upon scope may incur extra fees. 2 .Project Timeline A project timeline will be agreed upon at the beginning. Delays in feedback or approvals from the client may result in an adjusted completion date. 3. Revisions The client is entitled to 3 rounds of revisions as part of the project. Additional revisions beyond this will be charged at an hourly rate of $5 4. File Delivery Final design files will be delivered in agreed formats (PNG, JPG, PDF, PSD, CDR etc.). Any additional file formats or alterations requested post-project will be subject to an extra fee. 5. Client Responsibilities The client agrees to provide all necessary materials (e.g., logos, text, images) on time to avoid delays. Failure to do so may result in a revised project timeline. 6. Communication Regular communication is key to a successful project. The client agrees to respond to feedback requests in a timely manner. 7. Confidentiality Both parties agree to keep any sensitive project information confidential unless otherwise agreed upon. 8. Liability The designer is not responsible for any losses or damages incurred by the client due to the use of the final designs.
