Open a new Excel worksheet and create two sheets, one for the data from the client and the other for the deliverables. In each sheet, create a column for the unique identifier of the data, such as an order number or customer ID. Input the data from the client into the first sheet, making sure to include all necessary fields and information. Input the deliverables data into the second sheet, again making sure to include all necessary fields and information. In a new column on each sheet, create a formula that will generate a unique identifier for each row of data. For example, you could concatenate the order number and the customer name. Sort both sheets by the unique identifier column. In a new sheet, create a table with the columns you want to compare, such as the product name, quantity, and price. Use the VLOOKUP function to compare the data from the client sheet to the deliverables sheet, pulling in any matching data. For example, you could use the unique identifier column to look up the product name, quantity, and price for each order. Use conditional formatting to highlight any discrepancies between the data from the client and the deliverables, such as a difference in price or quantity. Create a summary table that shows the total number of orders, total revenue, and any other relevant metrics for both the client data and the deliverables.
