Before each cycle, we confirm the asset list, specifications, batch delivery schedule, feedback dates, revision allowance and fee. Video length, formats, voice, language, captions and usage requirements are scoped to your campaign.

Production follows the approved references and direction, with consolidated feedback at agreed review points. New concepts, characters or formats are scoped separately. I correct my production errors before handover without using the agreed creative revision allowance.

Work is planned in four-week production cycles. We agree the scope and final delivery dates before work begins.

Posting, community management, ad spend and website implementation are outside this service unless separately agreed. Source files and additional versions must also be included in the agreed scope.
