Monthly service: This is ongoing support billed monthly, within the hours and scope below. Any “1 week” duration shown by Contra does not apply to this offer. Work schedules, renewal and cancellation terms are agreed in the project contract.
Get a dedicated point of contact to plan, build and improve your business systems without hiring a full-time technical lead. I turn operational problems into a prioritized work plan, then manage scoped implementation and testing.
What fractional means You reserve part of my working month. You receive hands-on systems support and project ownership for agreed priorities, rather than a full-time employee or an unlimited development team.
Best for A small business with several connected workflows that needs ongoing coordination across CRM, automation and technical operations.
Included each month — up to 48 total service hours • One business, one primary GoHighLevel sub-account and up to two additional connected platforms agreed during scoping. • An initial systems map and an ongoing prioritized task list. • Workflow design, CRM configuration, technical troubleshooting and QA. • Feasibility review and scoped implementation of API connections or AI-assisted workflows where supported. • Weekly planning/check-in meetings of up to 30 minutes, progress updates, test notes and a monthly systems review. • Documentation and handoff guidance for the work completed.
How delivery works We estimate each priority, agree on acceptance criteria and work through a scheduled queue. Meetings, research, coordination and implementation share the 48-hour allowance. Large initiatives are broken into separately agreed phases. Live changes require agreed access and approval.
Experience and approach I bring independent product ownership, system architecture, AI-assisted development direction, configuration, testing and business-operations experience. I remain responsible for evaluating outputs and coordinating implementation; this service does not imply a staffed agency or that I hand-code every component.
Scope boundary Enterprise infrastructure, cybersecurity operations, round-the-clock incident response, unlimited sub-accounts and fully autonomous AI agents are not included. Complex software builds, major migrations and specialist work require separate scoping. The aim is better organized operations, not guaranteed revenue or autonomous business management.
How the monthly plan works The monthly fee reserves a defined block of my time. Planning, meetings, testing, documentation and revisions all count toward that allowance. We agree on priorities before work begins, and I flag anything likely to exceed the limit before proceeding. Unused time expires at the end of the billing month; additional work requires a separate approved quote.
Getting started and ongoing terms We review your current setup, confirm access and agree on a written scope before starting. Initial builds, major cleanup and migrations are quoted separately. Software subscriptions, messaging, AI generation, hosting and third-party fees are separate and require approval. Proposed arrangement: month-to-month, with written notice at least 14 days before the next billing period to stop renewal; final payment and cancellation terms are agreed in the project contract.
Communication Available remotely nationwide. Replies within two business days; completion dates depend on the task, access and approvals. This is scheduled support, not round-the-clock monitoring or an emergency service.
