Your business may have the data, but still not be able to trust or use it.
Database Reset is for an existing database, tracker, master list, CRM, spreadsheet, or set of related files that has become messy, outdated, duplicated, difficult to filter, or hard to work from.
This is more than data clean-up. I look at what is not working, what the business needs to see, and what structure will make the information usable again.
The work may include:
• Reviewing the current data and workflow • Paid consultation and diagnosis • Recommendations for fields, categories, statuses, views, and next steps • Cleaning and restructuring records • Handling duplicates and inconsistent data • Improving tables, relationships, forms, formulas, or light automation where useful • Testing • Simple maintenance notes or SOP • Handover
A standard Database Reset starts from USD 497 and usually takes around 4–8 weeks.
Larger or more complex resets are scoped separately when they involve multiple datasets, migration, connected workflows, several users, or significant automation.
I work with the tools you already use where they serve the business. The goal is a clearer working system—not forcing you into a particular platform. For context, I'm on Google Workspace, Airtable, and Notion. But I'm tool-agnostic and kind of nerd, so I love deep dive into new tools and see how they work.
Not sure whether you need Database Clean-Up or Database Reset?
Book a call with me. We’ll look at what you have, what feels unreliable, and what needs to change. I’ll recommend the right scope and confirm a fixed project price before work begins.
