Visual Identity Design Process
Understanding Your Brand Core We begin by exploring your brand story, purpose, and audience to define what truly represents your identity. This helps create a meaningful foundation for your visual system.
Defining the Direction Together, we’ll go through your brief to align on strategy and creative direction. Once everything feels right, we move forward with the project plan.
Starting the Process After a 50% upfront payment, you’ll receive access to a questionnaire form to share your brand goals, tone, and visual expectations.
Moodboard Creation Within 2–3 days of receiving your form, I’ll share a moodboard reflecting the brand’s visual tone — including colour palette, typography, and imagery style to set the right direction.
Presentation & Refinement You’ll receive a full presentation to visualize how your brand looks in real-life use. Once reviewed, any minor adjustments will be applied before final delivery.
Final Delivery After the final approval and release of the remaining 50% payment, you’ll receive all brand files along with a Brand Guideline to ensure consistency across every platform.
