How long does it take to build my Kajabi website?
Most projects take around 4–8 weeks. The exact timeline depends on the size of the site and how ready your content is, but we’ll always agree on clear milestones upfront.
What information do you need from me to get started?
Very little to begin with. We’ll need access to your Kajabi account, a few examples of sites you like (if you have them), and any existing brand assets or guidelines. We’ll guide you through the rest.
Do I need to provide my own design?
Not at all. We handle the design from scratch. If you already have branding or visual guidelines, we’ll naturally build those in.
Will my website work well on mobile?
Yes. Your site will be fully responsive and optimised to look and perform well across desktop, tablet, and mobile.
Do you offer support after launch?
We do. You’ll receive clear guidance on how to manage your site yourself, and ongoing support is available if you’d prefer us to stay involved.
What if I want to change something after it’s built?
Minor updates and edits are included during the project. We’ll review and approve every major piece together before anything goes live. If you’d like to add new content later, we can do that through an optional maintenance plan.
How will communication work during the project?
We’ll have a quick check-in every week (email or call) to share progress, approvals, and next steps. You’ll always know exactly what’s happening and when your input is needed.
