Process

Step 1: Discovery call Get on a call with us and tell us everything you wish for in your product. Ideally, we recommend having thought about what the product would look like in advance. Step 2: Provide documents and requirements Here, we ask for all the plans, sketches, Figma designs, notes and requirements you may have pertaining to the product. This along with our notes from the Discovery Call will help us understand EXACTLY what you need - from a user experience & technical standpoint. Step 3: We give you a ballpark Estimate We make sense of all this information and give you approximate estimates on the cost of the project, potential timelines and milestones. Remember, this is a broad estimate, so expect a potential error of around 25% at actuals. Step 4: Onboarding Once you've accepted our estimates, we get you onboarded. Here we sign contracts, create communication channels, set up advance payments and assign resources. We also make more refined estimates, milestones and requirement documents. Step 5: Development This is the meat of the process. We actually build the product here and make sure you're constantly in the loop. We have review meetings at each milestone and make sure all the the product is evolving exactly as per the milestones and requirements defined earlier. Step 6: Final Testing Once the product is built, we run it through core flows and test cases that we've define in the requirements doc. Once all these flows work repeatable and reliably, and you sign off on it, we're ready to transfer the app to you. Step 7: Handover This is where we deliver the app to you. You'll now have full control of the app and we take a back-seat. We're available for any support as per our retainer packages. Step 8: Maintenance (optional) We offer retainers for helping you maintain your app after the handover.

    We'll transfer the Bubble app to you. It will have all the UI, designs, functionalities and integrations set up as per your requirements. It will come with a Live and Development environment - which can be used for future upgrades.

  • An Admin dashboard built into the Bubble App (recommended)

    This is great for managing your app, moderating users, inviting team members to manage your app and scale it reliably. Setting up the Admin page usually involves a little development work, but really helps you grow operations around your app.

  • A hand-over presentation or loom

    We'll get you on a 30 min call to transfer the app to you, walk you through how to administer the app, go through the costs of running the app and make sure you know how to make quick little changes to copy, colors, etc.
