Design is a unique skill in which you often don't know what visual outcomes you want. Kino is the type of designer where if you give basic guidelines (2-3 colors you like and some example images of the vibe you're going for) she will "wow" you with the next iteration. It's like a second brain, but with design talent. I cannot stress how undervalued Kino is. I wish I had more design projects simply so I could continue working with her.
