Initial Strategy Call
We get to grips with where your socials are currently, and where you'd like them to go. We cover your strengths, areas of concern, priority platforms, desired post frequency and goals for your online community.
Retainer Clients: we'll meet for a monthly strategy call to discuss areas of success and opportunity for the coming month.
Content Calendar
Monthly content calendar across your desired platforms, planning post frequency, dates, graphics, captions, hashtags / keywords etc.
Content Scheduling
Using a content scheduling app (Hootsuite or Later), I schedule all cross-platform content for the month ahead.
Community Management
I reply to comments, DMs and enquiries on your socials, feeding your audience the information they need to know!

Short to medium form written posts for use on LinkedIn, Facebook, X, Threads (etc) where required.
Caption Copy
Engaging captions for your posts that sustain a sense of voice, tone and style, while giving your audience all the information they need to know!
Hashtag & Keyword SEO Research
List of active hashtags and keywords related to your posts, niche & style. Relevant hashtags and keywords also added to each scheduled post (Instagram, TikTok)

Throughout the month, I'll create and post mixture of the following as required:
