USD 39 fixed pilot One UTF-8, comma-delimited CSV with headers, up to 5,000 data rows, 20 columns and 5 MiB. Up to five deterministic cleanup rules are agreed before work starts; each column transformation counts as one rule. Examples: trim a selected text field, apply an approved category mapping, normalize declared year-first dates, and remove exact complete-row duplicates. Missing, invalid and formula-like values are flagged. IDs and leading zeros are preserved. No fuzzy matching or guessed replacements.

You receive

A cleaned CSV. Your original file remains unchanged.

A change log and before/after counts, including any removed duplicate rows.

An issues report for unresolved values and formula-like cells.

The agreed rule list so later exports can be treated consistently.

Delivery and acceptance Three business days after written scope, complete safe inputs and confirmed funding. We agree sample input/output cases first. Delivery is checked against those cases and row-count reconciliation. One review round is included for agreed-rule corrections; this does not limit remedies for in-scope defects. Import CSV columns as text in spreadsheet applications to preserve IDs and avoid executing formula-like values.

Optional repeat service After a successful pilot, USD 99 covers one 30-day period with up to four batches from the same source, each within the pilot limits and using the same approved schema and rules. Each complete batch is returned within three business days, with its own change and issues report. Final-batch delivery timing is agreed before the period starts. Renewal requires a separate written agreement. No automatic subscription or billing.

Start with a redacted sample Send 10-20 non-sensitive rows, column meanings and the desired output. Please do not send passwords, access tokens, medical records, financial-account identifiers or other sensitive personal data. I confirm fit before accepting work. Platform/processing fees and applicable taxes are additional and disclosed before payment. Paid work starts only after scope, payment route and funding are confirmed.

Not included Web research or scraping, contact enrichment, fuzzy matching or inferred replacements, OCR/PDF conversion, workbook formulas/macros, live database or CRM changes, dashboards, or ongoing monitoring. New fields, rules or sources need a separate quote.
