Project Proposal
A detailed strategy document created after an intake consultation and needs analysis. This proposal outlines the learning objectives, the instructional approach, and a proposed development timeline. It's designed to ensure alignment before moving forward and must be reviewed and approved prior to project execution.
Storyboard
A comprehensive visual and written blueprint of the training solution. The storyboard will outline screen-by-screen content, including text, audio, visuals, interactions, and branching logic (for eLearning), all mapped directly to the approved learning objectives. It will also specify the chosen training format (eLearning, slides, etc.) and provide a clear preview of the final product.
Final Training Content
The fully developed training solution, built based on the approved storyboard. This may include eLearning modules, facilitator-led slide decks, or other delivery formats, depending on the project scope.
Job Aids or Reference Resources
Optional support tools created upon request to reinforce key concepts. Ideal for trainings that include multi-step processes, these quick-reference resources help learners retain and apply content without needing to revisit the full course.
Evaluation Plan or Feedback Tool
A simple, effective method for measuring learner understanding and program impact, aligned with the Kirkpatrick Model. This deliverable enables program owners to identify remaining knowledge gaps and areas for future development.
