Build or optimize up to 3 key features (or ~X story-points) - includes clean, tested code, documentation, and staging → production deployment. Critical bug triage & fixes: stabilize the product, ensure core flows work reliably, address blockers.
Developer Infrastructure & Workflow
Set up or improve your development process: Git repo cleanup, branch/workflow strategy, CI/CD, staging + production pipelines, deployment automation, environment management. Documentation & onboarding notes - codebase structure, deployment instructions, dev guidelines.
Product & Strategy Collaboration
1x kickoff alignment + up to 2 live strategy sessions during sprint (roadmap planning, hiring advice, technical decisions, product prioritization). Asynchronous support (Slack/email/chosen channel) during sprint to unblock issues, answer tech or product questions, advise on architecture, tooling, or build decisions.
Handoff & Next-Steps Delivery
Final codebase snapshot (clean, documented), deployment-ready environment, and a 3-6 month technical roadmap with priorities & risk notes. Hiring recommendations (if requested): candidate profile outline, role definition, expected cost/effort, and onboarding guidance.
Optional Add-Ons
