During this sprint, I will lead discovery, map the current process, redesign the workflow, shape an AI-assisted or no-code prototype, and test the result against realistic user paths and edge cases. You will leave with something stakeholders can see, discuss, test, estimate, and hand to an implementation specialist.

Working boundaries: • Initial access is read-only • Prototypes do not connect to live production data • Sensitive examples must be redacted • The sprint defines and tests the product; production engineering is quoted separately • Regulated or high-risk systems require qualified compliance and engineering partners

One consolidated revision round is included after the prototype review. New workflows, user groups, or major features are a scope change.
