1️⃣ Planning – I analyze your brand identity & existing website (if any) to ensure design consistency. 2️⃣ Discovery Call – A conversation to align on goals, vision, and expectations. 3️⃣ Exploration – Competitor research, industry analysis, and inspiration gathering. 4️⃣ Structure – Wireframes, sitemaps, & user flows to define the framework. 5️⃣ UI Concepts – Designing 2-3 visual concepts to establish the design direction. 6️⃣ Custom Website Design – Bringing everything together into a cohesive, high-fidelity prototype. 7️⃣ Revision Rounds – Up to 3 rounds of revisions to refine the design. 8️⃣ Responsive Design – Ensuring a seamless experience across desktop, tablet, and mobile. 9️⃣ Developer Handoff – A smooth transition with UI kits, annotations, and assets for easy development. 🔟 Post-Launch Support – I build long-term partnerships, offering continued support for future updates.

    Communication via Telegram, WhatsApp, or Discord. Revisions handled through Google Meet, Zoom, or Figma comments.

  • How many revisions can I request?

    I highly value your feedback and typically provide up to 3 rounds of revisions where you can request any reasonable changes to layout & design. I will reach out to you when my work is ready for feedback.

  • What if I need additional revisions?

    I understand that some projects may require additional refinement. If you need more than three rounds of revisions, we can work on them as an add-on at my current hourly rate.

  • Can I request updates or new pages later?

    Feel free to reach out to me whenever you need an update. We can work on small updates at an hourly rate, or discuss a flat fee for major updates.
