Day 1 — Brand Strategy Kickoff
60-minute strategy session to align on your business goals, audience, positioning, personality, and creative direction.
Day 2 — Brand Foundation Draft
We create a focused brand strategy doc, including positioning, personality, archetype, messaging pillars, and brand ethos.
Day 3 — Client Review Round 1 (Strategy)
You review the brand foundation doc and provide feedback. We sync async or via quick call if needed.
Day 4 — Strategy Refinement + Moodboard
We refine your brand strategy and build a curated visual moodboard to guide the design phase.
Day 5–7 — Concept Development (2 Visual Directions)
We design two full brand identity routes including logo, color palette, typography, and sample brand applications.
Day 8 — Client Review Round 2 (Concepts)
You review both visual directions and provide detailed feedback—selecting your preferred direction or requesting a merge.
Day 9–10 — Refinement & Lock-In
We finalize your chosen concept and begin building out the complete brand design system.
Day 11 — Real-World Brand Applications
We apply your brand across 2–3 custom brand assets like social templates, landing page mockups, or pitch slides.
Day 12 — Final Polish & Brand Kit Assembly

    The sprint includes two structured feedback rounds to keep things moving fast and focused. If you need additional revisions beyond that, we can continue on an hourly basis or roll it into our Retainer — Design Sprints.

  • Do I need to have a name or logo before starting?

    You’ll need a business name locked in, but not a logo—we’ll create that during the sprint. If you're still finalizing your name, we can guide you to some naming specialists that we trust.

  • Can I get help applying the brand after the sprint ends?

    Yes! We offer retainer services and one-off support for things like decks, social content, websites, and more. You’ll have the option to continue working with us on an ongoing or project basis.

  • How much time do I need to commit during the sprint?

    We only need about 1–2 hours of your time across the two-week sprint—for the kickoff call and two quick review points. The rest is handled by us, so you can stay focused on running your business.
